H.E. ROS Seilava
Chairman
CGCC’s Board of Director
I am pleased to extend a warm welcome to all members of the Asian Credit Supplementation Institution Confederation (ACSIC) to Siem Reap, Cambodia, for the 34th ACSIC Training Program (34th ATP), hosted by the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC) from 9 to 13 November 2026 under the theme “Promoting Sustainable Growth through Green Credit Guarantee.”
Asia is the fastest-growing economic region and a major contributor to the world economy. However, our region continues to experience challenges stemming from intensifying geopolitical tensions, global economic fragmentation, and tighter global financial conditions. Against this backdrop, strengthening regional cooperation and reinforcing government policies that support domestic businesses, especially micro, small, and medium enterprises, are essential to maintaining economic resilience and fostering sustainable growth.
Hosting the 34th ATP reflects CGCC’s commitment to advancing regional cooperation, strengthening institutional learning, and promoting greener and more sustainable approaches within credit guarantee operations. As one of the young credit guarantee institutions in Asia, CGCC has greatly benefited from the shared lessons, experiences, and collaboration among ACSIC members. These contributions have strengthened our role as a government intervention mechanism supporting access to finance for micro, small, and medium enterprises in Cambodia.
I am confident that the 34th ATP will foster meaningful connections, knowledge exchange, and practical insights that will benefit all participating institutions.
I also hope participants will enjoy experiencing Cambodia’s culture and hospitality during their stay – from exploring local traditions to experiencing the friendliness of the Cambodian people. I trust these moments will add an enjoyable and memorable dimension to your visit.
I look forward to welcoming you to Siem Reap, Cambodia. I wish you a productive and rewarding 34th ATP and every success in your ongoing work.

CGCC’s Board of Director

On behalf of the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC), it is my great honor to warmly welcome all ACSIC members to participate in the ACSIC Training Program (ATP) 2026, which will be held in Siem Reap, Cambodia, from 9 to 13 November 2026. We are delighted to host this meaningful program under the theme “Promoting Sustainable Growth through Green Credit Guarantee.”
Over the past five years, CGCC has grown from a newly established institution into an active member of the regional credit guarantee community. Throughout this journey, we have gained invaluable insights not only from our own experiences, but – more importantly – from the support, best practices, and cooperation shared by fellow ACSIC members.
At a time when sustainability, climate resilience, and responsible finance are becoming central to economic development, green credit guarantees represent an important policy instrument that enables financial institutions to support businesses while encouraging environmentally responsible practices. Through ATP 2026, we aim to create a platform for open dialogue, practical learning, and the exchange of experiences that will strengthen credit guarantee systems and promote more sustainable financial ecosystems across the region.
Your participation will be invaluable in enriching discussions, sharing diverse perspectives, and deepening cooperation among ACSIC member institutions. We believe that the collective insights generated during ATP 2026 will contribute to more resilient, innovative, and sustainable credit supplementation frameworks in Asia.
In addition to the training program, a range of cultural and social activities will allow participants to experience Cambodia’s rich cultural heritage, warm hospitality, and the beautiful smiles of the Cambodian people – a reflection of our culture of openness, respect, and friendship. We hope these moments will further strengthen connections among ACSIC members.
I look forward to welcoming you personally to Siem Reap, Cambodia, and wish all ACSIC member institutions continued success and prosperity.
